Immaculate and Stylish City Stay

The room maintained an immaculate condition (it felt brand new). The shower was amazing with fabulous touches. The location proved great, as it was both in the city center and surprisingly quiet. The staff members were lovely, cute, and always helpful.

The air conditioning system was a little difficult to understand initially, as it lacked clear instructions in the room.

The staff extended a warm welcome upon arrival, offering a spicy chocolate drink. The breakfast service included a tasty continental buffet, cooked options, and hot drinks and juices were brought to the table. Bar staff members were friendly and always accommodating.

Nikhita checked me in, and I received a complimentary hot chocolate with a rum shot. The Voyager restaurant provided fresh, tasty, reasonably priced food. Carlos ensured my drinks were always refilled. I found the English breakfast tasty and very generous. All the staff provided really good customer service. They were pretty good.

The windows do not open, and I needed to use air conditioning. It sounded like water filled a bathtub.

the staff were nice, especially in the breakfast area.

i booked a queen room, but it wasn't what i expected and lacked some comfort. there wasnt a comfy sofa to sit on, just a uncomfortable chair in the corner.
